Sally hails from Leytonstone and Perry from Bermondsey.
Decades ago, they met and fell in love, got married, started a family, and fostered children for many years. Their eldest daughter Grace - also born in Leytonstone - joins them as the third member of the team, making
The Treatery UK a truly family-owned and run business!
Back in 2014, the family traded London life for a quiet village just a few miles outside Sittingbourne. They quickly immersed themselves in village life - running the local playgroup, taking part in the annual village panto, and more.
Over the years, the trio have worn many hats - from finance work and driving London black cabs to working as baristas and supermarket staff. But Sally always held onto one special dream: owning her very own sweet shop.
In early 2026, Sally, Perry, and Grace agreed it was finally time to make that dream a reality, spending months planning and designing.
The Treatery UK officially opened its doors on Saturday 8th August 2026,
and we are ready to welcome our lovely customers!
Why The Treatery?
When we dreamed up The Treatery, we wanted to bring something truly special to Sittingbourne - a warm, inviting, and playful spot that feels just as welcoming
as our own family home - The fun, laughter, and joywe share together as a family
is at the very heart of what we do, and we wanted to build a place
where every visit brings that same feeling to you.
